OVERVIEW
The Alge OPTIc is a PC-based color photofinish system that employs integrated evaluation software for image analysis & results processing. The full-color Line Scan Camera scans every movement on the finish lane in true color (24 bit, 16.7 million colors) and with a resolution of 1356 pixels. It stores the data on the hard disk of the computer. The stored image sequence becomes your "hardcopy" record of the entire competition. Integrated results software allows you to quickly print interim or final results, as well as maintaining a complete photographic record of all finish-line activity.

  • Integrated results evaluation software
  • Evaluation by lane, start number or manual control
  • Prints start list, ranking list, and image
  • Built-in speech amplifier circuit
  • Automatic capturing via photocell-based trigger
  • Use up to 100 m (325 ft) cable length between PC and camera
  • Camera power supplied via the same Firewire cable as the data transfer
  • Built-in connection for a display board
  • RS232 interface for video output
