ALGE PR1a SERIES PHOTOCELLS
Triple-functionality ultra-compact photocell set
OVERVIEW Alge's brand new PR1a series of photocells are a giant leap forward in photocell technology. The compact, multi-purpose units are designed to work in three different configurations: as a conventional photocell-reflector set, as a pair of units set in Transmit-Receive mode for longer distances, or as two pairs of units that can be synchronized via cable for complete finish line security. The photocell-reflector sets shoot to 25 meters (about 80 feet), while the long-range transmit-receive configuration shoots to 150 meters (almost 500 feet!).
DESCRIPTION-PR1a Photocell-Reflector Set (25m)
Design incorporates ON/OFF switch, DIN connector, LED signal, sync & battery lights, and banana jacks on rear of unit Shoots up to 25 meters -- ideal for everyday use or for interval-timing stations, speed traps, etc. Power options: internal power uses 2 standard "AA" cells (alkaline or NiCd), external battery pack, or can be powered from the timer via a 3-conductor signal & power cable Internal battery life: about 40 hours using alkaline or 18 hours using NiCd Adjustable impulse length from 20ms to 2000ms LED Battery Strength / Beam Alignment / Beam Sync / Low Battery indicator Heavy duty molded plastic case with retractable visor Simple to align with reflector Oversize tensioning grips Mounts to standard Alge chain bracket or PST cell bracket

Long-distance transmit-receive photocell system Shoots up to 150 meters/500 feet!
