DESCRIPTION
In use at
the Tour de France since
1999, TT*ware has developed
into a specialized timing product for use at any type of time
trial event. TT*ware is ideal for road cycling
time trials, cross country skiing,
downhill and cross country mountain biking, canoe and kayak racing, head-style
rowing, and other single-course timed events.
Features include: |
- TT*ware can
be used with start and finish sensors (beams or tapeswitches)
or use the "assigned start time" feature to time
at the finish-only (based on pre-set start intervals).
The Import and Export features allow for easy transfer
of information
between registration, scoring, and results databases.
- TT*ware accepts
time-of- day information from the complete line of ALGE
and TAG-Heuer timers and time bases. A duplicate time log
allows the operator to monitor, select, or use all times
being recorded by the system.
- Unlike
other products, times are never lost with TT*ware!
The software automatically records all time-of-day impulses,
while a built in time calculator allows athlete records
to be modified
and
manual
times
from backup systems to be entered.
- Ever
panicked about having several athletes finish in a single
bunch? TT*ware incorporates
an exclusive "Reorder" feature whereby racers
are entered into the software's Finish Queue based on how
your spotter calls them over the headset as they approach
the line. If the order of finish changes you merely rearrange
them in the "completed" queue. A simple click
on the "Reorder" button strips the times from
the original result and reassigns them in the correct order.
Simple and safe!
- TT*ware supports
major brands of display scoreboards and message centers. TT*ware outputs
serial data via IP packets with all the data needed for
you to design custom interfaces for your sport.
- The
companion Sockmon program is a networked redirect
program that allows multiple brands of displays and television
graphics devices to be connected without affecting system
performance.
- Output
in many formats including html, Acrobat PDF, Excel, Lotus,
generic text,
etc.
- Integrated
Help system
